Situated on the edge of the historic old town in the center of Geneva and overlooking Parc des Bastions, the cozy boutique studio ‘Flex & Flow’ Pilates & Boutique Pilates Studio, is conveniently located within easy reach of public transport, car or by foot.
Here your training is a personal experience in a friendly environment. The workouts are always fun and carefully tailored to suit the clients needs whilst taking their strengths, weaknesses and possible injuries into consideration.
