We offer a range of group Pilates classes and Fitness training options.
Situated on the edge of the historic old town in the center of Geneva and overlooking Parc des Bastions, the cozy boutique studio ‘Flex & Flow’ is conveniently located within easy reach of public transport, car or by foot.
Here your training is a personal experience in a friendly environment. The workouts are always fun and carefully tailored to suit the clients needs whilst taking their strengths, weaknesses and possible injuries into consideration.

I have been training with Rudi twice a week since 9 years. The sessions have always been innovative, varied, combining cardio and pilates. Rudi has also been coaching my daughter and her friends for a few years and they all had an amazing time. Whether individually or in group, the session are equally excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending either Rudi or Alexandra for anyone with any health pre-requisites or specific requests. Be assured that your sessions creative, exhausting but always extremely satisfying.
I have been doing fitness & Pilates training with Alex for more than 3 years, and I really enjoy the sessions with her. Knowing I have a definite appointment to see her is very motivational, but I actually enjoy the sessions. I would say that I am not a naturally sporty person, so the training has been great to improve my fitness. The classes are always very varied and individually tailored to how I am feeling, so sometimes harder, and sometimes lighter, but she always pushes me just enough. I feel fitter and more toned, and think that Alex is a great personal trainer.
I have been training with Rudi since 2011 and I absolutely love it. He is a great trainer, very prepared and fun to train with! He accepted the challenge to train me through all my pregnancy as well, in a group class and individual sessions. The exercises were adjusted according to the trimester and we trained until 2 weeks before delivery! and i must say my delivery was fast and smooth, and i always say “it’s thanks to Pilates and Rudi!”
I have then restarted training with both Alex and Rudi 2 months post partum and found my shape and my powerhouse back. I can only recommend classes with them!

I first experienced acute lower back pain in my late twenties which never completely went away so I thought I would have to live with this pain & blockage until I met Rudi 8 years ago. After my first Pilates mat class, I felt that Pilates was the answer to this problem. Since then I’ve been training once a week doing Reformer classes in a small group. Slowly my lower back improved but also my breathing, muscle tone and posture changed. The courses at ’Flex & Flow’ are of very high quality. Alex and Rudi give much energy to provide different exercises tailored to the wishes and level of their clients. They always have a word to encourage you, and don’t hesitate to correct you, in an atmosphere that is friendly and relaxed. Your body flexes, and time flows. When I leave the studio I know that I’ve been doing good to my body & mind and my back doesn’t hurt anymore.
