I have been training with Rudi twice a week since 9 years. The sessions have always been innovative, varied, combining cardio and pilates. Rudi has also been coaching my daughter and her friends for a few years and they all had an amazing time. Whether individually or in group, the session are equally excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending either Rudi or Alexandra for anyone with any health pre-requisites or specific requests.
