I have been doing fitness & Pilates training with Alex for more than 3 years, and I really enjoy the sessions with her.  Knowing I have a definite appointment to see her is very motivational, but I actually enjoy the sessions. I would say that I am not a naturally sporty person, so the training has been great to improve my fitness.  The classes are always very varied and individually tailored to how I am feeling, so sometimes harder, and sometimes lighter, but she always pushes me just enough. I feel fitter and more toned, and think that Alex is a great personal trainer.
